Clearing & mowing operations have been completed in Pownal from the Suroweic Substation to the North Yarmouth town line.Contractors for the construction of the transmission line have installed almost all the poles between Sweeter Rd. & Elmwood Rd., and between Elmwood Rd. & Chadsey Rd. Mowing and clearing operations have been completed around the Suroweic Substation.
