The project in Waldo involves constructing a new 115 kV transmission line in an existing CMP corridor that traverses the west side of town. In this corridor, which extends for approximately 6.2 miles from Swanville to Morrill, the new transmission line will run on H-frame wooden structures that are typically 55 feet in height and will be placed on the northwest side of the corridor. The new line will be located along side the existing 345 kV line and will be of similar construction.
