The Site of Location Development Permit Application and the Natural Resource Protection Act Permit Application may be downloaded from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection's website. Also, copies of the applications are on file for public inspection at the DEP's offices in Augusta, Bangor and Portland. These applications may also be seen at the municipal offices in each of the municipalities listed here. A detailed location map of the proposed route through each municipality is provided in the applications.
