Non-Transmission Alternatives Study

Central Maine Power Company commissioned LaCapra Associates to conduct a comprehensive study of alternatives to transmission system solutions, including energy conservation, energy efficiency, Demand Side Management (DSM), distributed and local generation. The study was included in the company's July 1, 2008, petition with Maine Public Utilities Commission (MPUC) for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the Maine Power Reliability Program.
