The part of the program located in the Town of Stockton Springs involves work in an existing corridor that extends from the Prospect municipal boundary to the Searsport municipal boundary in the westerly part of town. The project involves rebuilding the existing 115 kV transmission line on single-pole structures typically 75 feet in height, which will be placed in the same general location as the existing 115 kV line.
